## What the firm is

Catalyst·Wayfare is an AI transformation firm. We build production AI systems for mid-market
enterprises in regulated and technical domains — finance, professional services, energy,
industrials, healthcare, and beyond. We do not stop at an AI strategy deck. Every engagement
is designed to end with working systems in the business, owned by the people who run it.

The firm was founded by **Dr. R. David Edelman**, who spent six years in the White House
advising three U.S. Presidents on emerging technology, national competitiveness, and
security, and six years teaching in MIT's Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer
Science with joint appointments at CSAIL and the Center for International Studies. He is a
judge for the Forbes AI 50. The wider team's backgrounds span MIT, McKinsey, the White
House, and senior roles at some of the most recognized names in technology and AI.

## What we do

Three phases, six integrated workstreams, one engagement model: collaborative,
executive-sponsored, accountable. The methodology is called **C·W AI360**.

1. **Navigate** (3 to 6 weeks) — map the opportunity, build the foundation, produce a
   prioritized roadmap and the governance framework to support it.
2. **Evolve** (3 to 6 months) — build, deploy, adopt. Custom AI capabilities shipped into
   priority workflows, with organizational adoption built in parallel.
3. **Transform** (6 to 12 months) — compound returns. AI integrated across the business, and
   internal capability strong enough that we can step back.

## Who we work with
