The work is demanding, and our clients are CEOs and leadership teams. We approach each
engagement with intellectual curiosity rather than a preconceived answer, and we look for the
same in the people we hire.

Catalyst·Wayfare engagements are deeply embedded. Whatever your role, you would work
alongside a client's leadership team and own meaningful pieces of the work, from design
through deployment.

Our clients are real businesses across the most important sectors in the economy: finance,
professional services, energy, industrials, healthcare, and beyond. The deliverables are AI
tools that empower people to do their best work, supported by the governance frameworks that
survive an audit, and capabilities that compound in value over years. But at its core, our
work allows innovative Davids to take on slow-moving Goliaths.

You would work directly with senior people whose backgrounds span MIT, the White House,
McKinsey, and some of the most recognized names in tech and AI. The bar is high. The autonomy
is real.

## Who we are looking for

Six traits. The order matters. We lead with high agency.

1. **High agency, low ego.** You don't do office politics and are quick to adapt to new
   realities.
2. **Right-answer-wins.** You would rather the right answer win than your answer win.
3. **Builders, not advisors.** Builders who want to ship, not just advise.
4. **Operators who translate.** Operators who can sit in a room with a $300M-revenue CEO and
   translate.
5. **Comfortable in ambiguity.** The work changes as the engagement unfolds.
6. **Strong opinions, weakly held.** Convicted enough to commit. Honest enough to update.
