What this site collects, and what it does not.
No advertising. No analytics. No tracking pixels. Last updated 22 August 2026.
Only what you send us.
This notice covers www.catalystwayfare.ai, the public website operated by Catalyst·Wayfare AI Corporation (trading as Catalyst·Wayfare AI). Client engagements are governed separately by the confidentiality and data-protection terms in the relevant statement of work, not by this notice.
This site has no advertising, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no third-party cookies. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to type into the contact form, or send us by email.
Three things, and no more.
- Information you send us. If you use the contact form at /contact, we collect the name, email address, and message you enter, plus which of our three inboxes you selected (business, careers, or press). If you email us directly, we receive whatever is in that message. Please do not send sensitive personal data or client-confidential material through the website.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, and response status — for security, abuse prevention, and operational troubleshooting. These logs are retained on a short rolling window and are not used to build profiles of visitors.
- Cookies and similar technologies. The site sets no cookies of its own and uses no browser storage, analytics tags, session recording, advertising pixels, or fingerprinting.
To answer you, and to keep the site up.
We use what you send to read and respond to your inquiry, application, or press request, and we use server logs to keep the site available and secure and to investigate abuse or technical faults. Where a legal basis is required — for example under the UK GDPR or EU GDPR — we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to inbound business correspondence and in operating a secure website, and on your consent where you have volunteered information to us.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We do not use website inquiries or their contents to train AI models.
We use a small number of service providers to run the site, each acting on our instructions:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, and request logging.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — transactional delivery of contact-form messages to our own inboxes.
- Our email provider — receipt and storage of the resulting correspondence.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
Ask, and we will delete it.
Contact-form messages become ordinary business correspondence and are retained for as long as the relationship or inquiry reasonably requires, and then deleted on a periodic review cycle. Server logs are retained for a short operational window. If you ask us to delete your message and there is no legal or contractual reason to keep it, we will.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a portable copy, and — in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area — to complain to your data protection authority. California residents may request disclosure or deletion under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.
To exercise any of these, email hello@cwai.co with "Privacy" in the subject line. We will respond within thirty days.
Transfers, children, and changes.
- International transfers. Catalyst·Wayfare operates from Washington DC, London, San Francisco, and New York, and our service providers are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your message will be transferred to and stored in the United States under appropriate safeguards.
- Children. This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
- Changes to this notice. If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top of the page and, where appropriate, note the change on the site. This version is effective 22 August 2026.
